Vines are cultivated and wine sold under the trademark Demeter, produced on the farm according to the biodynamic method. In the “old house” by the bread oven, guests are served locally produced food, enriched by spices and wild herbs picked in the surroundings. A glass of archetypal wine is also served alongside as a spice, with spring water offered to quench the thirst and take you on a journey to the old times.
