It features: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 terraces, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a living area perfect for gathering, a private wellness area in the basement (35 m²) includes a sauna, jacuzzi, and relaxation space – all available unlimited during your stay.

On the sunny south side, there’s a green sun terrace with breathtaking views, a heated outdoor jacuzzi, solar shower, and a barbecue area. The house is equipped with central heating and air conditioning.

A cozy studio and wellness space for two, located in a separate, smaller house.
Upstairs, you’ll find a charming 40 m² studio apartment – perfect for couples or solo travelers.
Enjoy complete privacy, with: a bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living area with panoramic views of the surrounding hills: Pohorje, Boč, Donačka Gora, and the nearby farmland.

In a separate space, there’s a private wellness area with a jacuzzi and infrared sauna for unlimited use.
Enjoy views of the nearby vineyards, the vast Bohor forests, and the tallest wooden lookout tower in Slovenia – the Tower of Love on Žusem. Downstairs, a private terrace with a barbecue is available. The studio is heated and air-conditioned.
